Since 1856, the cellar masters of Rotkäppchen have cultivated the fine art of sparkling wine production. Committed to tradition, they have also composed this dry, elegant Riesling cuvée from select German wines.
Produced using the bottle fermentation method and aged for over nine months, this light yellow shimmering Riesling sparkling wine from Rotkäppchen impresses with its refined freshness. The harmonious, long-lasting bouquet combines local fruits such as pears and green apples with a delicate scent of peach.
The typical Riesling acidity and the perfectly fine bubbles give the Rotkäppchen Sekt bottle-fermented Riesling Trocken its unique and balanced taste, which is optimally preserved with a natural cork.
Dosage: 17 - 21g/l sugar
Alcohol: 12.5% vol
